incorporation of Nigeria LNG Limited
(NLNG), to provide shipping capacity for
NLNG. BGT owns and operates LNG
tankers that transport NLNG’s products
to its buyers.
The Company is owned by
NLNG and its shareholders.
NLNG Shipping and Marine Services
Limited (NSML) is a private Limited
Liability company and
a subsidiary of
NLNG. Initially incorporated in 2008 as a
manning company, it began full
operations in 2010. NSML transitioned to
a ship management company in 2014,
integrating NLNG’s vessel management
activities, and expanded its services to
include
training, fleet management, and
terminal management. In 2023, it was
renamed NLNG Shipping
and Marine
Services Limited, focusing on meeting
the evolving challenges in the maritime
sector.
