Engr. Timothy Bibowei Fakrogha holds a Bachelor of Science (Tech) in Marine Engineering from Rivers State University of Science and Technology, as well as an MBA in MTech Marine Engineering and MBA in Finance and Change Management from ESLSCA, Paris, France.  He
is a member of several prestigious organisations, including the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS), the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), the International Institute of Auditors Nigerian Branch, the Nigeria Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (NiCArb), the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN), the Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE), COREN and NSE. With over 27 years of professional experience in the Oil and Gas industry, Timothy's experience
and expertise spans over a wide range of areas including Contracts and Procurement, Category Management, Internal Audit Management, LNG Commercial & Marketing, LNG and Gas Negotiation, Project Management, Offshore Drilling, and Shipping Management.  He brings
extensive experience and expertise from working in multicultural and international business environments,  developing excellent relationships with senior leadership, colleagues, and third- party clients.
